Between sunsetting tax provisions currently in place and constantly changing proposals for new tax laws, charitable and estate planning has experienced some major priority shifts and new levels of uncertainly. This session will explore how tax code changes and other recent legislation have affected priorities in planning that have shaped our donors’ and clients’ goals and how our gift planning tools can be used to creatively meet these changing planning needs and priorities.

This webinar is for fundraisers of all experience levels as well as donors.
