When it comes to planned giving, PG Calc’s Client Services team has seen and heard just about everything. We have helped clients navigate the complexities of a whole spectrum of split-interest charitable gifts, from gift annuities, charitable remainder trusts, and pooled income funds, to retained life estates, bargain sales, and the ever-elusive charitable lead trust. We have come up with a list of our Top Ten Lessons in Planned Giving – as learned on the front lines – we want to share with all the dedicated gift planning professionals out there. We won’t be mentioning any client or donor names, but all ten lessons will be based on real situations we have encountered.
